The Right to Information Act empowers Indian citizens to seek information from public authorities. As an educational institution recognized by the government, we facilitate this right through proper channels.

Our institution maintains records of administrative decisions, budget allocations, and policy matters that can be accessed through formal RTI requests.

How to File an RTI Application

  1. Prepare your application in writing (English/Telugu)
  2. Address it to our Public Information Officer
  3. Include ₹10 court fee stamp or postal order
  4. Clearly specify the information sought
  5. Submit via registered post or in person

Response Time

We adhere to the RTI Act's stipulated timelines:

  • 30 days for normal requests
  • 48 hours for life/liberty related information
  • 35 days if application transferred to another office

First appeals may be filed within 30 days if unsatisfied with the response.
